PURE MED SPA CHEATING CUSTOMERS !!
Page 2

Pure med spa is corrupt and i never expected they are so fake. All in all i want my hard earned money back. What a fool they make out of customers. Some one help me how can i get my money back.

I joined Pure Med Spa and the lady told me before enrolling. oh honey we have centers all over USA. I inquired from them that do have centers in VA, MD or Washington DC as these places are nearby and I can continue my treatment. I am on temporary assignment in chicago. They said we do have one is washington dc.They kept calling me and I enrolled myself and paid full fees When i returned to VA and I could not trace their center and they don't refund my money.

I love Pure Med Spa and have had the most wonderful experience at their location in Santa Ana, CA. Not only were the treatments excellent, but the staff was so accommodating. The nurses along with the other employees were always honest in regards to any concern or question i had, and i didn't feel like i was being sold. My results so far have been outstanding and their technology is fabulous! From my experience, I would definitely suggest Pure Med Spa to any friend!! :grin

I paid $6000k for a package called '10 years in 10 weeks'. I'm not wealthy and this was done after considerable discussion with my husband. It was to be a gift for 15 years of working full time and being a mom. I had 2 treatments before a friend of mine was burned on the tip of her nose by the lasor and then they stopped all lasor treatments for several months. When I asked for a refund because I was worried about being burned and because after 3-4 months of them not getting back to me with an answer as to when they would be able to provide the service I paid for I decided to go a different direction. As a remedy I was told that all they could do is ALLOW me to give my package to someone else and that person could pay me for it. A ridiculous option. Why would I sell their package to someone else when I do not believe it to be safe or effective?? I'm going to sue in small claims court and hopefully get a full refund. I suggest everyone who has had a bad experience and not being given a refund do the same.

I got the same story from them that they have centers all over the USA and Canada and that I could continue my treatment at any location, no problem. I thought it seemed very strange that they keep their price lists hidden behind the counter and do not give out any price information to potential customers. I also noticed that their prices were significantly higher than other spas so thankfully, I decided to get my treatment elsewhere. It all seemed a little off to me. Thank you everyone for posting your experiences here so the rest of us don't have to go through what you did.

Oh my GOD! please people i hope that no one ever goes to pure med spa again and i hope that they get shut down. me and my mom went and talked about getting a $1500 treatment. we did not sign any paper work or anything at all they just got our info thats it we still needed to sign the official papers. they charged our account and then we changed our mind the very next day. now they wont give us our money back while we did not sign anything or start the treatment at all. Pure med spa IS cheating customers.

stonestown galleria in sf is the one i went to. I too dealt with Sophie. she was yapping on the phone *** about her job while 2 other customers waited. while on the phone, she let the other lines ring. when she finally put her caller on hold to talk to a customer, she rushed and acted irritated. she sighed alot and never smiled. i heard to talking to someone saying that she is going to school to become an aesthatician, but one of the customers said that she told her that she was a nurse. hmm...fishy. 2 potential clients, including myself decided just to walk out. she lost the company some business. i think im going to have to contact the corporate office, unfortunately there is no coorperate info on the website.

Reeva,

I would look up the esthetician's name on Washington's department of licensing website and see if she is licensed in our state. If she doesn't have a Washington license....she should NOT be working in Washington and you could report it to the Department of Licensing. Also...if the esthetician is doing any procedures that involve a laser, and you were never seen by a doctor, that can be reported to the Washington state Department of Health.

:?

yes. i agree. i do like the nurse who does the treatment, but the company is business oriented. i went in to sign up last month. i talked to a lady named Sophie in the SF branch. She talked me into buying a package and did a run around speech telling me that i had to pay a certain price. I told her that i didn' t need the package and she kept saying that it was the best she could do.i found out however that they actually offer it almost $200 less! and when i went to talk to her about it, she said "remember you wanted the package?" NO i DID NOT! They are like used car salesmen. One day she said she was a nurse, then i heard her on the phone and found out she wasn't a nurse. The salespeople suck!!! However the real NURSES there are great. I will not go back there after my "package" is finished.
