PURE MED SPA complaint

Do not go to Pure Med Spa. I agree that they are cheating their customers. I have been going to the one in lynnwood WA and i am very dissatisfied!They have lost my customer file, they have lost my appts. that i have scheduled, their machines seem to need maintenance all the time because they are broken. They are rude and seem irritated to help you but suddenly are nice when they are trying to sell you more. There also seems to be alot of turnover of the people working there. That seems weird to me. i have spent $2,000 on treatments that are not working at all! They need to be shut down!

I used to have all the same problems with Pure Med, but ever since Brite Smile Brite Skin took over I have been very pleased. They have gotten so much better with cleanliness and customer service! And they've been so good to continue my treatments even after Pure Med went out of business. I am by far much happier with Brite Smile!!!!!

I started going to the Lynnwood location about 4 years ago and they have steady declined in service. I just went there for my last appointment yesterday, I have not been there for about 1 year now. I was brought to the room for laser treatment and the condition of the room was soo horrible I had to make an excuse why I had to leave. It was extremely dirty, I didn't want to touch anything. I would never even let my house or bathroom get that bad.

I agree....here is WA Kitsap county they never have the piece to do the job....it circulates amongst three or four clinics and they have to reschedule many times before you get the treatment. They have a high turnover of people because of management, nepotism, and dissatisfied workers and customers. They will close eventually because they cannot keep a large enough customer base because of these problems.....They like to sell "packages" for thousands of dollars but cannot come up with the aesthetician to do the job or the "piece is not available and is at another clinic". They circulate ONE Laser head between several clinics in the Seattle area. Avoid this place....go elsewhere
